Standard production cycle 10–20 working days from artwork approval. Rush orders accommodated on request.
Payment Terms
50% advance to confirm the order; 50% before shipping. Bank transfer, EUR or USD.
Order Acceptance
Each order begins with a signed quote and artwork proof. Custom dies and tooling are quoted separately.
Sales Policy
B2B only. We sell directly to licensed casino operators and through authorised distributors.
Limited Warranty
12 months against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
